I had my car towed to Premier MotorWerks on Wednesday 1/22/2024 around 4:30pm. I was aware they closed at 6pm so I didnt expect anything to be done that day. The next day(1/23/2024) I was in the area so I decided to stop by and see if they had any idea yet on what was going on. When I got there they had just started looking at my car and so I gave them my number to contact me with updates and I left. Throughout the whole day they only called me once and that was to tell me they were still looking. I ended up going in once again to see if they could offer me any details on what was going on with my car. They proceeded to tell me they replace the spark plugs and coils and did a flush. They did not at any point communicate to me they were doing these things to my vehicle. The proceeded to tell me that my vehicle is working at the moment after they did all of those things(again without contacting me) but they needed to keep it longer to make sure that was the actual issue because if it wasnt then they would need to replace something more expensive. They told me I had to pay 750$ for the work they have done without my permission and that if its the bigger problem it would be 2500$. I decided to go get a second opinion and they told me a completely different price so I after that I tried calling Premier MotorWerks 4 times with no answer. I decided to head back over there to talk in person. I tell them I got a second opinion and how I feel like theyre over charging me and how I didnt approve or give permission to have any of those things to my vehicle. He tells me they have to do those things in order to know if thats that problem or not and that he wasted time and effort and supplies and that I would have to pay for the services already done. He pretended to go and talk to his partner that wasnt there and said the car isnt working again and that it was a 2500$ fix. I never gave authorization for the work they did at any point.
