The date was March 25, 2024.I have called ***************** numerous times, now I have been blocked at this phone number. I have sent a certified Letter to her home address, which is where she runs her bakery business. I have not received confirmation that she received the letter. I have sent a couple of notes via messaging to her Gmail ************************************************* I have not received response. I also noticed that when I paid for a wedding cake in October 2023, she charged me twice, and have received no refund of the $292.75. I received no services from ****************** for the $2500.00 I sent her and that is the only resolve I need.Thank you very very much for your assistance with this heart wrenching issue. *****************************. ************ I am an elderly woman and live in *******.

Originally I had work and spoken to **************  who had placed a cake order for on Oct 14 for $292.19.  (2 payments in total- $146.10 and $146.09} which was later paid on10/29 by ******************.  She was having problems then sending the money, but it did go thru to my business acct.  and only 1 time.  she never called to state that she paid twice, or anything and I did not notice a duplicate.  I then got a call from ****************** on 3/26 stating she had sent money by mistake to my personal acct and when I checked I did not see the amount she stated of $2500.  I then even asked my business partner that manages finance.  and she stated the same.  We have a constant flow in and out with payments and supply purchased but nothing at that amount to my business acct.  My personal acct I haven't used since Nov. of 2023 due to changing to First ************** And that balance has not changed from $11.10 since then.  I only keep it because my son and granddaughter have their acct. under me.  I also do not have Business money going to my personal acct.  I stated multiple times to ****************** and even spoke with her sister ******************  that I did not accept/ receive any money transfer from her.  I have no sales/orders pending from either so I would not have sent any kind of invoice or request for payments.  I have blocked ****************** from calling due to excessive calls received from her.

I am rejecting this response because:
I AM VERY CONFUSED. {sorry). the bank. Chase bank, and ***** both confirmed that the money was accepted into ********************** account. it is her personal account.  The money is in her personal account, the bank cannot give me her account number to which the money was transferred to, but it is in her telephone number that accepted the ******* dls.  She keeps saying that she only had 11 dls in her chase account, and o money was transferred into that account.  This is why I  believe that she has another account with ***** bank that the money was received into.  I have been advised several times that the amount WAS definitely transferred into her personal account.  Thank you for your help with this.  I have not other way of communicating with banks because of the privacy of the account owner, I understand, but somebody received this amount that has her telephone number assigned to her personal account with Chase bank.   thank you for your understanding.
    Sincerely,

As I said before, I have not sold anything, contacted, nor requested/accepted money or anything from this Lady.  She paid for another customer (sister ****) in 2023 that I do have a paid invoice and was only paid once (invoice sent to Customer- N.Cby email).  She is stating that I have accepted money from her into my personal account, in which, also I stated I don't use. (open for purpose of grandkids acct because they are minors), She is attacking my Business for money that was supposedly sent to my personal acct.  I have no standing /open business with his person.  And feel that this is not right.

I am rejecting this response because:   ********** has verified that the money WAS deposited into ms ******** s personal account. ***** indicated that by the time the attempted to reverse the amount sent by ***** to her phone number which is all I have,  the money had been withdrawn  so she had insufficient funds In That account  she had indicated she was going to transfer her account to a different bank  when I first spoke with her . How can she say she never received funds into her account? Dont understand..???

    Sincerely,
