      This complaint is against Evergreen Cemetery, who never completed the repairs and marking of a mausoleum crypt (Section 52, Crypt A6) that was purchased many, many years earlier by our *********************************** family who lived in Evergreen Park **. ******* passed away on July 18, 2021.Family members enter into a contract with Evergreen Cemetery on Aug 5, 2021 to handle ******** internment into the mausoleum crypt that his family owned. The marble stone however, covering crypts ******* was missing. We were told it had fallen over the years and was broken but the cemetery determined it was repairable by a marble fabricator. We indicated it was acceptable to us to relocate a marble stone cover from some other unused place within the mausoleum but Evergreen Cemetery decided this was what they thought was the best option. ******* was interned on Sep 13, 2021 and the family was told the stone repair and final markings might take up to six months to complete.Our last correspondence on this matter was an email from ***************** on Jan 20, 2022. She acknowledged they were still working on getting the cover. More recent emails and vmails now go unanswered. As of Nov 28, 2022 ******** crypt has no stone covering or markings. While the family was satisfied with the execution of ******** interment we would just appreciate completion of ******** final resting place! The family would therfore appreciate if the BBB could contact Evergreen Cemetery to get ***************** on this simple matter and hopefully get a final resolution.On Oct 29, 2021 my brother ****** and I (*********************) were assigned by the Circuit Court of Cook County to be independent co-administrators of ********************** estate.Evergreen Cemetery, ************************************************************** is owned by ***************** The local counselor we worked with was *********************** Office: ************, Cell: ************, Email: *********************************
