Not a trustworthy company. They came to my home last fall and charged me $250.00 for an inspection and cleaning. They then advised me not to use my fireplace due to the outside chimney needed repair. I had chimney repaired. This year I called them to ask if I should be able to use the fireplace and now they say it needs a liner. The liner was not mentioned last year. Now they have referred me to someone else for a liner. Another contractor told me I dont need a liner. Dont use!!!

We were hired to do a sweeping and camera inspection of your fireplace in which we did at the cost of $250.00 the same price that was given to you over the phone. Upon inspecting your fireplace, it was noted that not only was the current liner deteriorated but it stopped halfway up your flue system. All of this, along with pictures, a full report and a full explanation was emailed to you a week after your inspection. The news that you need a liner is not new and i have written proof that you were informed of this a year ago. I recommended another company to do the work because your chimney was so deteriorated on the outside as well that is was leaning and unsafe for us to do any repairs as we are not masons. Not only does *************** require all chimneys be lined, but so does the *** ******************************** our industry. I am sorry for the outcome of our inspection but safety is our number one goal and unfortunately i cannot in good faith tell you to use your fireplace when it so clearly needs major repairs.
