    I went to the Dental Office for a consultation I feel I was backed into a corner to get a loan for services needed. A $2600 loan through ********************** was suggested and approved upon a credit check provided. This occurred 9/25/24 after not being able to get a legit appointment to get teeth removed scheduled at another location,but same Dental name for Dentures the clinic would provide I didnt want to go through the trauma of having seven teeth removed at one time and declined the procedure. The bank ********************** was refunded an amount of $1400 and I was told by the mngr of the Dental Office I had to pay the balance of $1200, because the mold for the imprints of my mouth was already sent to the lab. After realizing I couldnt reconcile or get out of paying for the mold of the Dentures I started to pay the $1200 back monthly to **********************. Ive called the Dental Office several times and visited trying to pick up the Dentures Im stuck with paying for stated by the Manager of the Dental Office. Every time I call or visit I get a different excuse 2/22/25 I went to this location the manager says They put in storage its cold outside and theres no one to open it! Ill handle this Im the manager and give you a call back! I asked will they be available for pick up by 2/24/25 she says Not right now Ill call u once theyre available! I call again 2/27/25 the associate says The manager of the clinic says Customer Relations will be in contact with you! I ask another question and she says she has no idea. Its been two months and Im still without the Dentures. I feel if Im paying for them they are so rightfully mine. I feel if services were never rendered why am I responsible for paying the bank back for a loan they suggested I got through the services they didnt provide. The number for Customer Relations I get a recorded message every time I call ************* for answers. This is very unprofessional I would like a refund.

    I went to this Dentist for a tooth extraction. I was diagnosed with Terminal Colon Cancer. ************** told me I needed other work, $10,000. So I asked if it could be done with my chemo. He said yes. I got it done. In January I started having swollen gums. I told my Oncologist and she said it was not from the chemo and I should see my Dentist. I went back he told me that i needed $4,000.00 more work done and left the room. He didn't look address my gums and gave me no medications.

    They have refused to give me bill for services received because money was taken from a loan company lending club services.

    This dispute has been handled directly with the patient. The office has provided her with all the information she requested on January 4th, 2023. 
    At this time I consider this matter closed.
