    This is how he left my kitchen. No sink. No countertops. My stove is in my living room. The cabinets rubbing against the wall when I try to open them. No back splash.

    On September 30, 2022, Asiay Properties LLC, owned and operated by *********************** and ***********************, entered a contract with Destiny Builders Construction Services Inc. owned and operated by *** and ******************************* a/k/a/ *********************. The company was hired to renovate a 2-unit building located at *********************************************************************, the building is owned by Asiay Properties LLC.Asiay Properties LLC is filing a formal complaint against Destiny Builders Construction Services LLC for the following reasons: failure to perform work that meets the City of Chicagos Building Code requirements, failure to complete work in a timely manner that the company received due compensation for, failing to fully complete work the company was paid for and allowing an Electrician to work under another Electricians license without the individuals knowledge and consent. The *************** inspected the property on 10/25/22. The company stated an inspection was completed on the interior framing and rear porch. He told Asiay Properties LLC the reason the inspector gave a partial pass was because interior and exterior lentils needed to be replaced/repaired. The inspectors comments note that additional work needs to be completed including demo and framing. As part of the Architectural plans and City of Chicagos requirement, a portion of the rear porch needed to be rebuilt and this work must be inspected. Destiny Builders Construction Services LLC claims the rear porch was inspected and passed inspection. However, there is no documentation to support this claim. On November 7, 2022, an inspection of the rough HVAC work and determined only 50% of the work was completed. As of 1/20/23 the windows have not been installed and the company has failed to provide an installation date. An inspector was at the property from ****************** Services LLC on 11/28/22 and conducted an inspection of the rough plumbing. The inspector determined the work was only 85% completed.
