    This business claims to be professional, insured movers. On February 20, 2023 Konkrete Logistics moved a newly restored large cabinet from ******************** and other furniture pieces from my home to a seasonal home in *******, ********. They moved my goods in two small U-Haul trailers. I was shocked that they did not have a professional moving van. When removing the large cabinet from the trailer they dropped a corner which damaged the backside of the cabinet and they gauged the edges of the cabinet on the metal sides of the trailer. They also dropped my sofa on my front porch which caused extensive damage to the porch railings, and they knocked off 3 post caps as well. My office desk was damaged, it is missing one wood handle. Two of the furniture feet on the sofa were knocked off when they were taking the sofa out the front door of my house and they also damaged the woodwork on the front door trim. None of the furniture was protected by blankets or plastic wrap. The movers dropped cushions from the sofa onto the wet ground and they got their dirty hands on the sofa fabric. I am requesting a refund of the amount paid $460.00.

    On 12/31/2022 I hired this company to move my significant other. ******* one of the movers and part owner was very careless with items and rude. When it was brought to his attention he became aggressive and demanded payment. When further questioned he explained a claim could be filed through the business insurance. On the next business day the other owner, *****, was contacted and updated about the issue. He to explained claims could be filed through the insurance. He requested photos. ***** was made aware that the items had been placed in storage and would be removed in February. Understanding and agreement was made to send pictures when ever we could. In February and March I contacted both owners and sent photos to no avail. My significant other also reached out, her last attempted contact was 4/17/2023. On one attempt she was able to speak briefly with ******* who refused to help and abruptly ended the call.
