    Had windows installed in May 2024. After the install I begin to notice huge gaps between the frame and sash on all windows. I emailed evergreen and called. Evergreen sent a tech out who agreed that there was too much play and the sashes needed to be replaced. This took place in July and today 10/15/2024 I still have huge gaps in my windows and no update on a resolution.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I sincerely appreciate the response and will absolutely close the case upon receiving a resolution and I will be adding very positive shining remarks as I stated to your representative. I'm trying to remain patient as colder weather drives up my utility bills especially due to my home being all electric and having my 92 year old mother (Cancer patient, Blind and disabled) freeze as we await a resolution.
