      I have been getting the runaround from this company since February. They installed a hanging furnace in my garage, that makes clunking noises while running. They said that Reznor is aware of an issue with this heater and was supposed to replace it. Tried contacting Edelman again June 30. No answer. I believe they are avoiding my calls. I paid over $5000.00 for work not completed. Very disappointed.

      Zero stars! This company will just come out for the diagnostic appointment and then never call back about coming to fix your a/c. We had someone come out on Tuesday to look at our a/c and said we needed a new part. He said he would be in contact with us about the part and never called us back. A couple days later on Thursday we get an email invoice for almost $900 so I call their office to ask what it's about as we haven't finished getting serviced yet and they said the invoice we received was the "quote" for the replacement part but we were told by the intake person that we'd have to wait for the HVAC guy to call us to explain the invoice and discuss the replacement part. They never called me back. Now it's Monday and they claim they never heard back from us, even though I've called them multiple times and never got a call from the company about anything since I scheduled the diagnostic appointment. This company forged my signature on the invoice as well.

      Syd, thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're truly sorry to hear about your recent experience. It sounds like there was a miscommunication on our part, and we take full responsibility for that.
      To clarify, we provided an estimate not an invoice, for the necessary AC repair and replacement part, but we never received approval to move forward with the work. We strongly believe in price transparency and will never proceed with any job until we've received clear authorization from the customer.
      That said, we understand how frustrating this must have been, especially during a heatwave with little ones at home. If you're still in need of AC service, we’re ready to move forward as soon as the estimate is approved, and we’ll prioritize getting it resolved quickly for you.
