    The ************************* in Carmi IL. Is withholding medication for hypermesis gravidarum to punish me for being unable to make my appointments. This endangers me and the baby. The medication is zofran, and carries no risk of addiction, ect.

    Greetings!

    Attached is our written response to you regarding the patient's complaint submitted on 3/12/2024. Per our grievance policy, we have mailed a follow up grievance response letter to the patient. We apologized for the patients dissatisfaction. In the letter, we notified the patient that her grievance was investigated and again offered to reschedule her appointment for primary care at the ****************** clinic. Without a signed ***** release from the patient, I cannot provide further details on this case. If you should have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me by calling Fairfield Memorial Hospital Administration at ************. We are more than willing to supply further information should the patient wish to complete the ***** release if needed.
