    Appt made for 9AM. Had to wait while being done (2 hours). Planned on that. Then they didn't open til 9AM and car had not even been started on by 9:45. I literally waiting out on the curb. Talk to guy inside and I would have scheduled later if I had known it would take this long for you to get started. He says everyone scheduled for 9 and tinted on another car before you now. I am frustrated. Now I have to wait 4 hours on the curb. Not counting fact it was $30 more than I was quoted. I will never do business with this company again

    We are very sorry for your experience. Certainly not the impression we want to make. We would be happy to refund the $30 that was misquoted. Again, we apologize for the delay in completing your vehicle. We will coach our staff to communicate job-timing better so that we improve the customer experience.
