    Whatever you do. Trust me, DO NOT use this company. I was assigned them through my home warranty. They came out and said it was the condenser, and no other parts would be required. The guy was rude through out the visit and before he left i asked what the cost and process would be. he said he works one step at a time and he isn't going to get into that right now... Realizing that I have a 1 year old, a 3 year old and a 7 year old, that are going to be in this house spring into summer time with no A/C, i dont have a choice but allow this company to walk all over me.... I call my home warranty company and moved the process forward. I then start looking at the non covered charges and notice there are pipe mods, and other items that were not discussed. I called home warranty and they said it is written from Fairview Appliances. So i called them and i was met with a rude receptionists that when i asked for an explanation and break down of the costs. She said, "I'm going to stop you right there, this is you quote, these are our prices, and it is required before we start the job. If you dont like that, you can call your warranty company and take it up with them." I was absolutely blown away. I decided to call another company and they did an assessment and before I said anything about fairview appliances, he stated that the condenser and coils needed to be replaced because the coils aren't compatible with a new unit... I call Fairview heights back and I have gotten no response, and no call back. Needless to say, I am making sure i do my due diligence to let every possible customer to steer clear of ********************************************* Heating and Cooling Services. Unless you want half of a job completed and rude service.
