    We ordered all new cabinets for our complete kitchen renovation from Cabinetland on July 14, 2022. The order arrived in late September and had to be stored at the Cabinetland Warehouse until our contractor could get to our job. We then had the ordered delivered to our home in late November. The contractor was then able to start installing early January 2023. He noticed that some measurements were off and the cabinets sent did not match our design. A Cabinetland designer did all the measurements and the kitchen design before ordering. Cabinetland also failed to order the end cabinets with finished sides and open cabinets with finished interiors. We contacted Cabinetland and were told our designer had a medical issue during that time and mismeasured and then placed an incorrect order. Another sales associate came to the house and took measurements to reorder what was needed. However, He also failed to order the correct cabinets. We had to order a section of uppers and lowers for a third time. These mistakes pushed our project back significantly. What was supposed to be a two-month project now has turned into a five-month project. Once all the cabinets were in place the contractor started to hang the crown molding. Which Cabinetland did not send the correct amount and we were short by about half. Again, having to wait on them to order more molding. We have tried multiple times to make contact with Cabinetland however, nobody has responded to emails, and they will not return phone calls. They have not once initiated a conversation about the problems and multiple setbacks. Nor have they tried to come up with a solution to make up for any of the mistakes. I am not looking for a full refund however I feel compensation is needed for the added expenses and time we have not had use of our kitchen.
