I know the no refund policy needs to be better advertised. I was a $30-$50 a year type of consumer about my service and finally finding a place for ribbons and Storm. I was in a lot of trouble with a busted coat. I got a coat from here and I was confused about the no refund and the owner has no idea that when I switched the duffle bag for a back pack that I did not know at all how it was precarious luck about the bag switch. If I had it better explained about the no refund, I would have asked for the parka that does have a fur trim again. I only got it last Tuesday, worn once and then I read the label and it says wear it with the M-65 so I decided this was not a parka and too confusing. I would deserve to exchange the M-51 with the fur lined parka that I was shown to get out of the confusion to have just a parka. But, the owner accused me of trying to not keep the no refund policy. I had ribbons and tee shirts picked out and I was so lucky that I switched the black duffle in the store by chance. The owner does not understand I would have gotten the black duffle later. I only wore it out the door on 11 Feb and I didn't have the luck I had with the back pack for the duffle. It is clear I wasn't aware of the no refund and exchange in the store before leaving with the purchase and that should be better advertised in the store not to leave without knowing you could exchange in the store was the ****** after I called about the parka he picked for me with questions and I literally had no idea. I really am I just wanted to buy stuff. It doesn't seem as if I can apologize for being confused on the 11th of February. Please tell over comrades to exchange inside the store for the no refund. I assume I can't get my desert storm shield ribbon put on the back pack I had the luck to exchange.
