      Visited Fitness Factory's website as they carried the Body Solid GFT 100 cable training machine that I wanted. I live in VA and their business is in IL. Always risky to consider an expensive purchase off a website and not go directly into the showroom of the business and see the product and make sure the company is legit. So, I called them first and spoke with ****. He was extremely helpful , very knowledgeable, and quoted an outstanding price (even a little better than listed on the internet) and made me feel comfortable throughout the purchase process which included financing. He also added in two accessories that he did not charge me for which was really appreciated. The cable machine was shipped brand new in box from ********** to IL and then to VA, so that took a little bit of time but all things considered was reasonable in shipping time. The delivery contained all the correct parts for the unit and I installed it in approximately 4 hours. I highly recommend purchasing from Fitness Factory online and even calling **** directly if that would make you more comfortable.

      Ordered an item and it was delivered in just a matter of 3 days. Very satisfied with their service. I would definitely buy from them again and would absolutely recommend them to my friends.
