I recently purchased a dodge caravan, I was given only one key and that ***** is not fully functional it won't lock and in some cases wont even open the door as a Total and complete disabled veteran this is extremely frustrating when I can't get in for my chair or having to call triple A to resolve my issues.

I'm ************************ a Senior of later years., widowed and Female. This visit was the result of hearing ************************** Purchase Program. on Gospel 1390 ************************* show. Stating how he helps people with no credit, and bad credit get help for a safe automobile. Saturday April 6, 2024, 1:30 P.M. I went to Currie Motors alone trusting. First let me say never go to Currie Motors Alone! especially if you're elderly and Female. Met by *******************, took me to meet ************ whom I thought was going to assist me. NOT. He and ***** played tag with me. was an hour before anyone sat down with me. ***** came with ************ assuring me to Trust ***** and ************ left. Told ***** was looking for 2023 Equinox LT 4-wheel drive. Hour 2 didn't take me on the lot I'm told they're working on getting me financed. Should have followed my uneasiness. Watching ************ and ***** gave 3 people who were together. more attention than me. I had a trade was given $4,000.00, $1,000.00 incentive. down payment $3,000.00. Hour 3 told by ***** there's 1 Equinox 2024 Bright Blue test drove it. Now I'm feeling rushed by ***** only Equinox Premiers on the lot told they're $500 more expensive ***** finally shows me 2024 Equinox RS. Hour 4 I put more down to get to a comfortable auto note. Taken to ************** with ********@ 7 P.M. my Neice helps me read the contract she saw things I did not need like ************* and 2 extra years of Warranty. Monday, April 8, 2024, 1:30 P.M. return to Currie Motors assuming I could correct things. I'm told contract has been signed no one asked for money down passing the buck to me and the financial office. Inside office informed nothing can be changed until I receive first statement. When I informed them, I would contact **************** Financial office gives me contract Cancellation Form for the *** insurance. I did get a automobile was it what I came in for Not Really. I feel taken advantage of. I feel like I got raped! Some deceptive practices did occur.

6 months or more, 15 or 16 loaners, is how long it took o get the car to their advertised specifications. only to find out the car was a wrecked vehicle. That was not disclosed to me. *****, ****, and all the other sales team members are a waste. **** from the corporate store in Forest Park was nice enough, but ultimately I am still in the position i am in. he shear lack of communication in this sore is remarkable. **** should be ashamed to have heir logo on the building. As a former **** employee, I cannot believe they treat anyone this way.

A family member who is cognitively impaired and disabled walked by just to admire the cars at Currie Motor dealership in Forest Park. He did not have a license and cannot get a license and most likely will never be able to get one to drive. He never intended to buy a car because he cant. The salesman kept him there for 5 hours and managed to sell him a car that he is not allow to have or drive. He is not allowed to enter into any contracts of this nature. They put him into a 6 year old car with a six year loan note at 18 percent and did all the add ons of extended warranty, oil changes and tire rotations with roadside assistance. In the end my family member who is not allowed to drive or even enter any binding contracts will have to pay over ****** for a twelve year old car. I am not making this up.I hired an attorney to explain that this contract is null and void. I have documents and hospital records to prove that the family member is unable to care for himself and lives in a mens group home. They saw him coming and knew something was wrong with him and he did disclose he was in a group home and makes minimum wage. This is financial abuse of a disabled person. They exploited this family member. All the warning signs were there and the salesman and finance manager chose to ignore them while they deligently worked at selling him a car. I contacted the ** and explained the problem. The ** has refused to do anything about it and says there is no resolution. An attorney got involve and explains to ****** was done was wrong and they need to reverse the damage they have done. They refuse saying it was a done deal and there is nothing else they can do. They said they were not refunding any money to ********* that holds the loan note. They also allowed my family member to drive the car off the lot putting himself and others in danger since he cannot drive or possess a license. ********************************************* has shown they have no regard for others . Unethical Shameful Wrong Bad
