    I have noticed I may have a leak on my roof which was done by ********** April 2013. I would like to use my said 20 year warranty. I have phoned the number ************** and no one answers. I receive a voicemail that states mailbox is full.I have attempted to respond to their ad on-line with no response.I want to know if the business is still open and what happens with my warranty if the business is closed? Is there a way to get my roof repaired ?

    ********** performed roofing work on our house in late Sept 2021. According to the contract, there is a five year warranty against defects in materials and labor. In March 2022, the chimney cap, which they had removed and then reinstalled, flew off the house. Since late March, we have contacted the company 5-6 times to have them come out to replace the chimney cap, since this repair is covered under their contract.
