    They offer CCW classes and they offer to submit your paperwork. I paid for services for this and they made a clerical error that resulted in my CCW denial. If you are not confident in your submitting paperwork abilities, dont offer to do it for your customers. I paid for a service to be done and it was done incorrectly here.

    Hello Again ******* We must say we love all three versions of reviews you have left us on ******, Yelp, and now the BBB. Again, we are sorry that you feel slighted; however, we will set some things straight as this review, in particular, is a bit misleading. The way you worded it makes it seem as though you paid us for doing your *** application. That of which you didnt as we do not offer that type of service at a cost. As our responses to your other reviews state, we offer HELP with *** applications and issues at no cost. This would be because it is NOT our application but the STATES application you can do on your own. Seeing how it is not our application, we do NOT get to choose how the process works, let alone the time frame of which it may take to finalize said application. The service you paid for is the *** class. This class is done at Smokin Gun Worx by our contracted instructor. The issue you had with your paperwork was actually made by the instructor. Now, as I'm sure you are aware, we are all human, and people make mistakes; we apologized profusely for the clerical error the instructor made, and though it was not our fault, we proceeded to help you by contacting the instructor and getting it corrected with him. We even went a step further and helped you resubmit your application to the state of ********. Did I mention you could have done all of that on your own in your free time? Now, here again, this is where we remind you that it was all done out of the kindness of our hearts; we did not charge you, and the staff member you dealt with was more than accommodating even though you were less than kind. We even offered you one hour of free range time for your inconvenience; however, when that wasnt enough for you, and you demanded range time for your wife as well, we obliged. Our efforts to rectify a situation we did not cause or create far exceed our expectations, and we believe we went above and beyond. We understand that we can't make everyone happy, though, so we won't waste any more time on this nonissue. Now we understand the frustration you faced with this situation, but your anger was misguided as, again, it was NOT Smokin Gun Worx that messed up your paperwork or created the ridiculous timeline for your application approval. The service you paid for was the Conceal Carry Class that we hold at our location; it was indeed done correctly, promptly, and in a friendly, safe environment. Seeing how you are annoyed enough with your situation that you felt the need to leave us negative reviews on three different sites, we thought we might attach the *** state phone number for you so that you can direct your concerns to them as you should actually be leaving them a negative review on the application process, not us. ************ Best of luck to you in getting that application.We look forward to you finding a different entity to take your Conceal Carry Class with and suggest you do your own ***/FOID applications in the future.
