    This review is intended primarily for those who may wish to purchase equipment from ******.In September of 2022, I met the owner of ****** at a powered paragliding event. He allowed me to demo a ***** wing I was considering for purchase. I liked the wing and ordered it from him and his company. I chose to buy from ****** partly as a thank you for allowing me to try the wing, and partly because it felt good to do business with someone I had met face to face. We shook hands and I believed I could trust him and his company in a business transaction.On October 2, 2022, I ordered and payed in full for the wing, $4100.00 plus shipping. I was told by ****** that the estimated time to receive the wing was 7 to 8 weeks.On November 2, 2022, I emailed ****** to provide some information regarding shipping, and received an immediate reply. (As described further below, that was the last time I ever heard back from ******.)On January 1, 2023, 13 weeks after placing the order, I emailed ****** to ask about the progress of the wing. I recieved no reply.On January 8, 2023, I emailed again, specifically requesting a new time estimate, and confirmation that the order was still in process. I received no reply.I began calling ******, and reaching voicemail, shortly thereafter. I left multiple voicemail messages requesting an explanation, and confirmation that the order was still in the works. No reply. Eventually, ****** had been sitting on my $4100.00 for ************************************************ and 16 weeks past the order date.So, on January 24, 2023, I contacted the US distributor for *****, who told me that ****** had never paid them for the wing I ordered, and that the same was true for three other people who ordered wings from ******, and that ****** never even ordered another wing for which the customer had paid.I still have not heard from ****** since November 2, 2022. I do not recommend buying anything from ******.
