    We had a pool installed this year and had many contractors out to do various parts of the job. We had Jefferson Services do our electrical. The man who came, ******, cut the line to our septic pump and septic alarm causing our system to back up. We have called the company repeatedly as they stated they would fix it. They send the guy out to our home at random times without contacting us to see if we are home or available. Each time he is unable to locate where he broke the line. Also when he installed the outlet near our pool he used a flimsy piece of wood to affix the outlet to which my husband replaced. This company says they guarantee their work but this was by far the worst experience we had with any of our several different contractors. Left the trench open, and we are currently using an extension cord for over 3 weeks to power our septic pump. Trench open so long that we have new plant growth. They also upsold us for $300 for a 10% off discount and priority in line for services. Clearly a waste as our issue is still not rectified. Electrical was done on 8/3, it is 9/7 today.
