      My Grand Wagoneer was in for service on March 19th. The service tech helping us, did not communicate with us well nor did she do what she said she was going to do. During the first 3 weeks there, it sat around with no one working on it. I drove up there and made a complaint, all of a sudden, movement was supposedly made. We were told we are getting a new driver side seat along with a new seat cover for the passenger side, and the quick learn for the transmission would be completed by the end of the week. There was a list of several other things it was in for. Fast forward to May 10th, pick up day, i was called and told a tow truck hit the front end of my car while it was sitting in the lot. No passenger side seat even in the car so i couldn't pick it up! This vehicle has been having issues since the day we bought it. Now that an accident occured,A sales manager,**************** was asked to help us look at pricing out a truck to trade in our vehicle and make this accident situation right.fast forward 29 days of no phone calls, I left messages with the service department for him to call me, he never did.After I lost my cool on one of the service techs, he called me.He hadn't done anything in regards to the pricing.He said he was going to call the manufacturer and see what kind of deal he could get us. I left my email with him, spelled it out per letter and number, and no email was sent. I called 3 more times, left my email 3 more times, and still no email. My husband calls and asks what's going on, he speaks to a girl names ******, and she sends over the email.There was no "deal" nor a price on there for our trade in like he said there would be. If they just fixed our vehicle in a timely manner the accident would have not occured. I went up yesterday to "pick up" my vehicle, to find out it wasn't fixed for what it originally went in for! Over 75 days without my vehicle and everyone thinks it's fine! This is NOT OK. Very bad customer service. I will never go back.
