    Hi ********,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our truck struck a low hanging tree branch running across the road. The branch did not knock out the power and the tree was not properly trimmed by the City or County. ComEd disconnected the power and the power was not disconnected by the **************. LRS denies the damage claim. If you have any questions, please contact our Claim Manager, ******************************

To whom it may concern,Recently, without warning, my property was annexed by the city which required me to change garbage companies. I asked if Lakes would refund my unused trash collection stickers. They refused to either refund them or allow me to use them even though they were still collecting in the area. Other companies typically hold a buyback period when this happens or when municipalities change companies. This not only affects myself but a large swath of annexed property in the area that affects many of my neighbors. I've also had others issues with this company with incorrect billing & other services they neglected to perform requiring me to call the county to report them. I only have a couple tags left but they should've offered to buy them back.
