It's been 5 months since our bathroom remodel was finished. I was very disappointed about the quality of the work. They took months longer than the 2-3 weeks they had promised. Workmen didn't show up, or left to get supplies for hours. I had to be there to supervise every day or things would have been done even more poorly. Tile was laid out crooked. They left the grout without cleaning it & then were going to use a caustic chemical to remove it. I said I felt uncomfortable with that but it took me several phone calls to ************** the tile manufacturer, & the maker of the caustic liquid to tell the workers what they needed to use instead. That's not my job - to supervise them and tell them how to do their job. I had to insist they line up the faucets correctly, & install the toilet with room on both sides. The shower curb isn't slanted to keep water in the shower. In the shower they installed the handles crooked & tried to say that that's how they went. I insisted that they redo ********* did. They chipped the tile in the shower during installation because they used too much mortar & didn't remove the spacers when they should have. They scratched my expensive bidet toilet after it was installed, they left garbage in my garage for weeks, They tried to charge me extra for work that they hadn't told me there was an upcharge. They left some tile uncaulked & places needed grout. They scratched a grab bar. Now, I find that the handle on the bathroom sink is loose & when I had a handyman replace it, he told me the water line hadn't been properly tightened (only by hand) and had loosened. It could have come off and flooded my bathroom! The paint on the ceiling over the shower is peeling already because they used the wrong kind of paint. This is especially egregious as "paint" is part of their name. It's AAA ********************* Company in ********. Stay away from them! I'm including pictures. The strange thing is that they had good references. ******.
