    I went on the company website (ripthenip.com) and purchased 4 tickets to go on their tubing trip. Our anticipated date of launch was set for 6/15/24 @ Noon. I paid a total of $140 for My husband, Daughter, Her Girlfriend and Myself. We got ready for the day's adventures, packing food and necessities. I didn't think to look at my emails because it was such a busy morning. When my daughter arrived a couple minutes before my husband and I, she stated that she couldn't see any signs for this tubing facility. No tubes in the water, nor was there a hut to ask for questions or check in. I tried to call the number on their website and with no answer only option was to leave a voicemail. I then went to email the company for help and saw the cancellation. They sent the cancelation email -On Sat, Jun 15, 2024 at 8:49AM Rip The Nip | ******************* <*******************************> wrote: Hi *****************,Your booking at Rip The Nip | Float The Fox - River Tubing - ************* Rentals has been marked as cancelled.No explanation and no other communication has been received. I have called numerous times and sent numerous emails requesting a refund. I have still yet to see the refund or hear from this company.

    We booked tubing trip for 12:30pm on June 19, 2024. We showed up at 12:00pm to get the shuttle at the canoe launch like the website said to. 12:30pm cam around and no shuttle had arrived. We waited over an hour. We tried calling several times no answer. We then decided to drive to the drop off location it took us to a random farm that wasn't even off the water. This company ghosted us and another party. We paid them $175.

    On May 19 I booked a service of river floating down the ********* in ********* through Rip the Nip on their website. I paid $35 to secure my spot which was scheduled for 6/15/24 at 9:30 am. My friend (who booked the same service separately from me) and I drove an hour to the pick up location in ****** ********* and arrived at the location at 9:25. I called the number listed on Rip the Nip website to let them know that my friend and I were waiting to be picked up by the shuttle. I then sent an email to the email address listed on the website. We waited for 30 minutes passed the scheduled pick up time and I called the number again and left a second voice mail. I also sent a text message. When it was 10:30 am my friend and I decided to leave as no one was responding to us from Rip the Nip. Later in the day on 6/15/24 I sent a follow up email requesting a refund of my $35 as I paid for a service with Rip the Nip that was never delivered. It is now 6/19/24 and I have not received any response from anyone at Rip the Nip.

    I book a group trip with this company and have not been able to reach them and they dont answer or dont call back, and have read current reviews and everyone is saying this company is a scam, I would like my money back from this company!

    I purchased tickets on June 3rd at around 8:30pm. The total was $175 and the date of the experience was for June 8th at 11:30am. On the day before the event (6/7/24) at 3:40pm they sent an email stating our reservation was cancelled. On their website it statsd that if the company cancels the reservation for whatever reason they would issue a refund. It has been a week since then and I have yet to receive a refund. i have tried calling them multiple times and they have not answered a single call. I have left voicemails and nothing. I was reading reviews on ****** and 4 days ago someone left a review stating that this has happened to them as well.
