    LAWSUIT:1. DECEPTIVE (BUSINESS) PRACTICES a. Refused to pay his sub-contractors, which resulted in significant delays. As a result, the project has been IN-PROGRESS FOR OVER ONE YEAR. b.Inflated the costs c.Took $6,320 for a Shower Drain and Shower Steamer, but neither brought them nor installed them;d.Intentional Refusal and Failure to return phone calls, text messages and emails to the customer (i.e., Mr. and *******************)2. BREACH OF CONTRACT a. Failure to supervise and complete all work related to the remodeling project at ************************************************************ b.Failure to supervise and complete the proper construction of the utility closet; which resulted in the loss of 18 to 24 inches of (critical and valuable) living space in the main room. The estimated cost to correct the errors and properly complete the construction is approximately: $25,000.00. This cost includes removing, rebuilding and/or replacing all MATERIALS, LABOR, CONSTRUCTION AND OVERHEAD related to the following: (1) the existing wall; (2) all electrical work; (3) all ceilings; (4) all dry-wall; (5) all wood framing; (6) all paint; (7) all installation; (8) all labor.c.Failure to supervise and complete the proper construction and installation of the BASEMENT ELECTRICAL WORK, which includes CONSTRUCTION, MATERIALS, AND LABOR, PER THE CONTRACT. The ACTUAL COST to correct the errors and properly complete the construction was $5,000.00. The $5,000.00 was paid via a NEW AND SEPARATE CONTRACT WITH ****************** ELECTRIC.d. Failure to supervise and complete the proper construction and installation of the **** HEATING DUCTS IN THE BASEMENT AND SHOWER.
