      My New Construction Home was to be finished in the Spring. It wasnt finished until the Fall. I had to Pay more money at Closing due to Higher Rates. Sligo 5 told their Lawyer that I was cause of Delays !?The Truth is they didnt follow through as Jobs were Scheduled. Lawyer called them.They agreed to pay half. Mid October had Frigid Weather. I was told well have the Walk-Thru in Spring. Covid-19 caused Work to Stop. Sligo5 was No Show the next year. I contacted my Lawyer; & Sligo5 came a few times to do minor Repairs. The Bricked Stoop is separating from *****. Most doors dont fit to close right. French doors dont fit in top slot to close tight. Air Conditioner wasnt turned on in Electrical Box. There are Squeeky Floors; There are Nail pops; a widen crack on Handicap Access Sidewalk. Sligo 5 has a Pattern of not Answering *************** They may Answer Phone & say Ill check & get back to you. It seems Sligo5 Boss didnt Check behind ***************** Jobs were complete & properly done ! There are more Disappointments. My Advice is get every Detail in Writing. Sligo 5 told me that he still honored Repairs 3 years later for a lady. Well, I lost year due to Covid;and, a second year cause Sligo 5 were No Shows until I contacted my Lawyer !
