I thoroughly enjoyed contributing to the work Right Choice provides. There is nothing more satisfying than positively engaging with my community and this company allowed me to do so while obtaining my nursing degree. Clients are always ready to send a word of praise and the office is very understanding. If possible I would love to return to Right Choice under a new position!

I have worked for them they a terriable people . ******* , ******** are the owner the communication is terrible they treat they employees with the least respect ,and also very rude to they clients . The scheduler Jhona is a liar, will mess up your hours if she feels some type of way about you . Do not have direct deposit, and just over all is a terriable company dont recommend for anyone .The Right Choice Home Care LLC

We apologize that ******************** had a "terriable" experience during her 90 day probation period, however, ******************** violatented HIPPA LAWs, and the Iliinois Consent to be Recorded Laws (Illinois Statue Chapter 720). ******************** has informed us in writting that she illegally recorded her initial interview for hire, our training sessions (witch are only open to RCHC Staff as we dicuss client specific personal info) and a private meeting with Executive Director--all these actions were illegal. It is Right Choice *********** responibility to protect our employees and clients personal information, and companies trade secrets. Do to ************************ admission in writting that she has made a conscience decision to continually violate our policies and procedure, and without regard to the Illinois Statues Chapter 720 it was in our best interest and legal obligation to terminate ************************ employee agreement with RCHC. This has became a serious legal matter, that Right Choice ********* is following up with our attorney.
