  1. They broke the water main in two places, covered it up by continuing the landscaping, lied about breaking it, and offered to re-landscape again later for more money.2. I told them I wanted ground cover around established trees and on the side of the house. Instead they planted grass around the trees and where the ground cover was to be planted. They then planted the ground cover without first killing the new grass. It looks terrible because of all the grass growing around and rising above the new ground cover.3. There are many, many large bare spots where grass should be growing. I told them about that but instead of seeding or reseeding the bare spots, they covered it up with the fiber blanket that concealed the fact grass seed wasn't planted until after I paid them.4. They fixed my brick sidewalk and were supposed to seal it but never cleaned the brick on the sidewalk before sealing it. Instead, they put the sealer over the dirt rather than first sweeping the dirt away. It now looks bad with the dirt permanently sealed on top of the brick sidewalk.5. They replaced the brick around the pond and were supposed to reattach the pond liner to the new brick. Instead, they tore the pond liner, disguised and covered it up, and didn't reattach it to new bricks despite many promises. I eventually gave up.6.They planted ground cover and grass in areas without killing weeds first. 7. They used very poor-quality grass seed that was full of weeds.It wasn't obvious that this was such a mess until the new grass came in, was growing where it shouldn't be growing, not growing where it should be growing, and had an extremely large number of weeds. Also, I didn't notice the sealer over the dirt and the failure to fix the pond until after I paid.
