    I am deeply disappointed in our experience with Deck Medic. I have been trying to get a supervisor to my home so we could do a final walk through. I was told that I was to do the walk through with the contractors and that would be good enough. I scheduled a time with the supervisor to come by and he sent his workers and didn't bother showing up. I contacted their corporate office who was initially responsive and told me they would get someone out asap. I have not hear back. The supervisor I dealt with basically strong-armed me into making the final payment. I am not comfortable with that sort of service. Avoid them at all costs.

    ***************, I am sorry you did not get the proper service or communication from the Deck Medic of ********** owner, ****. He is no longer a Deck Medic Franchise owner and certainly does not reflect the workmanship or customer service we are known for. I know you met with ******* from our Northwest Cook County Franchise and she will work to get your issues resolved. The service you received is unacceptable and not at all representative of the customer service we have been providing homeowners since ****.
