    About 11 years ago we had Aquamist install our sprinkler system. This fall, we learned our neighbors were installing a fence. As we did with Aquamist, ***** came out and marked everything, including the property line. Come to find out, even though Aquamist had a copy of the survey, our sprinkler heads were installed 3 feet into our neighbors yard. Upon calling Aquamist, they first said they no longer work in this area, then said their service season was over. This has nothing to do with servicing the system, it has to do with fixing an installation problem. They then said that the owner of the company would call me this as soon as possible. This was three days ago and I still haven't heard back. They were simply trying to make excuses to get me off the phone and give up. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they clearly do not follow city or village code or the diagrams and land plots they are given. Avoid this company at all costs.
