      Horrible! Do not use this company! They are scam artist and are considered "storm chasers". Once they claim your insurance and half way address the issue, they will ignore your calls. I have emails of when I tried to contact two weeks after the work was loosely completed and they never responded. Prior to the contract, I spoke with a "****". Lighthouse Restoration was a company they had affiliated with this company. The were only two leaks, now the entire roof has several leaks. Roofs are supposed to last 8-10 years, my roof began to leak two weeks after. Be very ***** and cautious of working with them. Get a contractor and inspector to assist in this process. When I contacted them recently, they wanted to charge me again for fixing the work they originally screwed up. They *** **** was helpful in hearing me out about their original work, however, he still wanted me to pay for the roof again. Despite the fact that I have an email stating that the work was not done completely two weeks after the work was done. Now that I need to pay for an entirely new roof, I still think that I was a customer who was taken advantage of during this process. It is unforntunate that I have been getting repairs on this roof ever since they completed the job.

      Lighthouse just did our 70 year old bathroom remodel, excellent work, excellent people to work with, we plan to have them do our kitchen remodel in the spring. Thanks again

      Our second time doing business with Lighthouse Restorations. Our initial project was to replace a roof. A few years later when we were ready to move forward with our kitchen remodel, out of no where we received a mailing from Lighthouse advertising all the other services they provide that we were unaware of. All we can say is they made our kitchen remodel a dream come true! All the bad things you hear about contractor delays and disappearing acts are definitely not true with Lighthouse Restorations. My project coordinator, **** as promised was always a phone call away. **** and ****** were definitely the dynamic duo I prayed for. Their craftmanship on each aspect of this renovation was outstanding. Dependable, reliable, and patient with all my questions, LOL! At a point they got me. We highly recommend Lighthouse Restorations for their professionalism and integrity in their work product. Thank you and we look forward to them working with us on our next project.
