    Today is 5/19/2025. About a week and a half ago I emailed service about a RV bearing repack. No answer ever. I called service and a man named **** said he doesn't answer emails for service. I wonder if the owners know that? He gave me a appointment today 5/19/25 at 0900. I traveled 35 miles to get the **** He said it will take approximately two days. When I got there he told me he is cancelling my appointment and putting others in front of me and I would have to reschedule to the tone of a week later or more, he did this with no notice. Also when I called to make my appointment and asked him about previous people at ******* that did work on my bearings previously he went on to badmouth those people complaining about damage personal problems without those people knowing how he was talking behind their back...as a ******* ** manager and listening to what this **** has to say I would say he did me a favor by canceling my appointment. This is exactly why RV owners stay away from dealers for service.
