    Garbage. If I had any other choice of a place to buy my sons uniform I would buy it there. I would rather bring ****** back from the dead and marry him than ever deal with La Bella again.I went to the ****** store to buy my son uniform shirts for work because La Bella has a contract with his employer. They had one style of shirt there, but not the preferred style/the one his boss told him to get. I was told the ****** store had more selection. I tried calling ****** to see if they had the correct shirt in stock. Nobody answered (despite the fact that there were two employees and zero customers.) So I drove out to ******, where they did, in fact, have the correct shirt, but refused to sell it to me. I left.Then, I called ******, where I was told they could order the shirts for my son, but if they were not the right shirts, they could not be returned. Since my son had already confirmed multiple times that they were the shirts his boss wanted him to get, I had no problem with that. So I went back to ****** the next day to try to pay for and order the shirts. I was told, yet again, after my THIRD trip to a La Bella location, that they would not sell me the shirts.The customer service is physically sickening. I am trying to buy something that my sons boss has told him he needs to purchase for work and is supposed to purchase from this store and they are refusing to sell it to me. They are also wasting hours of my time and gallons of my gas driving all over the place trying to make a simple purchase.Any employers out there considering using La Bella for your employee uniforms. Just dont do it. Pretty much ANYBODY will do a better job.Update: returned to the store after talking to HR at my sons employer and tried to buy the one shirt in stock that was already embroidered (was told on all three previous visits this was an option) and was told they would not sell me the shirt, I had to order it. I asked the discount and was told there is no discount , the charge is whatever the label states. My sons HR had already informed me there was a25% discount, so I knew she was lying. I asked the cost of embroidering the logo on the shirts if I bought them elsewhere. She said $30 per shirt. Since I had called the day before and was quoted $12 per shirt, I knew she was lying about that, too. I asked why the price is different for different people and was told because she doesnt like me. Im fairly certain its probably illegal to do most of the things they have now done to me while ** simply trying to help my son get his uniforms.
