    I Purchased two vehicles and the both broke down less than one month and costed me to miss out on work a lot due to their false advertisement!

    I've tried to be patient but I purchased an SUV almost a month ago, and it's been in their shop now for a total of 3 weeks, once b/c the engine light came on 2-3 days after purchase and now with a broken timing chain. Yes, they gave me the loaner to drive, but I haven't heard anything from them after I told them I didn't feel it to be fair for me to pay for the repairs given I JUST BOUGHT IT. They said they would go half on it or let me do a trade in for something else.. Something else please!! They asked me to give them a few days to figure out the numbers for a trade in. Didn't hear back, I had to call him, only to be told that I would have to come up with $2 - 3K MORE for a trade in. WHAT?!?! It's been another week and 2 days and still haven't heard from them. I just want my money back at this point. They know they sold me a lemon. I'm ******. P.S. Still waiting on my gas card................

    Poor customer service. The company reset the mileage on my vehicle before sale and completely overcharged me for a unsafe vehicle.
