    I was contacted by *****************, an employee of yours in regards to some fence repair needed in *****, ** due to one of your drivers causing damage to a nearby fence. She was rude from the start when we tried to receive additional information as she had given us an incorrect address. She then sends over photos & tells us that we can get what we need from that. It being a holiday weekend, a few days passed & before we could return to work to follow up with the supply on pricing & with her an estimate. She felt it was necessary to leave my business a 1-star review. She posted on behalf of your company but used her personal email to do so & as a business owner, that is very unprofessional & does not represent your company in a positive manner. She also blatantly disrespected *********** by addressing him by the incorrect name, then slanders my business online which will greatly effect our business moving forward. I have been in business 8 years & have maintained 5star up until now. We are a blue collar proud, small business & don't appreciate the review left by your employee. I hope this review helps address the obvious issue you have within your staff when it comes to representing your company, very unprofessional employee you have with ******************Thanks,****
