    A cell phone case was ordered for a Christmas gift on 12/11/24. The case arrived later than what I was told, on 01/02/25. I contacted Libra Cases via email on 01/02/25 to ask how to return it due to the fact the phone could not be turned on or operate properly with the case on. A personEmily Greenhas been going back and forth since 01/02/25 asking for photos, video and non sensical questions about why we want to return the case. We have provided a video for her showing the phone and case and how it doesnt work together. Please note their website states a product can be returned/*********** questions asked.within 14 days of receipt. I have screen shots of all email communications with her and feel like we are being jerked around. On January 20th, 2025, ***** advised us that our refund was being processed and we would be kept up to date. The only email we have received from her was to our question of where we are with the refundwhich was yesterday, asking for a photo again. Absolutely ridiculous and I feel were being taken advantage of.

    I ordered the product, a case for my iphone 13 pro, on 11/7/24 and received it around 11/14/24. I decided I did not like it and wanted to return it. There is nothing wrong with it, it fit my phone just fine, I just didn't end up liking the style or color. I have told them this multiple times. When I reached out regarding the return, I was asked to provide a screenshot of my phone information within the settings so they could prove I wasn't trying to put it on top of another case... "What I meant by requesting a screenshot is that if you're attempting to use the libra case while another case is still attached to your phone, this could cause some issues. We just want to make sure we're understanding the problem correctly." There is no problem, the product is fine, I just don't like it. Why would I try to put a case on top of another case? When I told them I would not be sending that screenshot, the tone of their emails went from professional to rude and aggressive. "Just send the screenshot" I am not sending them a screenshot of my phone's serial number, IMEI number, etc. They don't need that information to process a return of a product regardless of the reason. I also never received my confirmation number or receipt due to a typo in my email, and when asked if I could have that information sent again the answer was a flat out no. I don't know what their play is but they are a very sketchy and shady company.

    I purchased a phone case from them. When it arrived it didn't work, the case was too hard so the on/off button didn't work. I then contacted the company and asked to return it. This was over ten days ago. They have been uncooperative, unresponsive and it appears to be delay tactics so that they can reach the 30 day return policy. I have sent them all the documentation that they required (showing the case, showing my iphone is the right one for the case) and they will not return my money ($39.95) despite the product being defective. I have emailed them requesting it multiple times and now believe this company to be a scam. I am not sure that I am even talking to a real person on the other side. I really think other consumers need to know this is a scam as it is expensive.

    I bought a phone case advertised as "high quality" from Libra cases. U.S. based company. Entire website is lies. I received the product 5 days after ordering it. It was sent through and delivered by the **** from *************, **. Upon receiving this extremely flimsy, cheap product that didn't even appear strong enough to hold my phone, I tried to return by emailing customer service and asking for the return address, as it stated shipping costs were my responsibility. The responses to our email exchange going on for 5 days were outrageous:"May I ask why?
