1 starThis company is completely dishonest, they charged me $ ***** to install 2 ridiculous pieces of wood on my daughter's deck, something that was not worth more than $ 200. They didn't do what they were supposed to do. Complete crooks. Stay away !

5 starsWe hired this company to replace our house beam, replace our sill board and excavate our crawlspace. Everyone from the nice lady in the office, to **** the ***** man that came out to give us an estimate , the engineer they sent and **** and his team , that work like a finely tuned piano. 5 starsI have used Safeguard-RAMJACK for three different projects at my home. *** has been my go to contact for all three projects. He is responsive and knowledgeable and his advice is always sensible and professional. ***** and his crew have done the work and they have been prompt, professional and have completed the jobs quickly and thoroughly. They left my property neat and clean after each job and always inquired if I was satisfied before they left the job site. 5 starsOur work was done in January. Fortunately, before snow or the ground was frozen. Discovered damp carpeting in a basement closet and an area close to the closet. Ramjack had done work at our house prior to us buying it. So, I called them hoping it was under warranty. It was not. They came out immediately to assess the situation and completed the work within the next week. It was determined that there was water seeping in around two window *****. They had to dig, seal and repair. It took the better part of a day...6-7 hours. I was more than pleased that the weather held out so that we did not have to wait until April or May. Everything seems to be fine so far. It wasn't cheap, assuming that type of work is not inexpensive. We've dried the carpeting and have some molding to replace from the dampness. 5 starsWe have had problems with a damp crawl space for over 20 years, and all our deferred maintenance became critical when the corner of our house began to settle. We had two other companies tell us that our crawl space did not have enough clearance for them to work without removing ************ flooring. I was pleased when Safeguard Waterproofing said that they could fix the problem and provide a complete crawl space encapsulation system, including interior and exterior drainage and a sump pump, all without removing ************ floors. It was a huge job that took their crew an entire week to complete, but our house is now level, we have a dry crawl space, and our foundation and floor joists are fully repaired. When we had a problem with the new sump pump, they promptly sent someone out to inspect the sump pump and ensure that everything was working correctly.
