    I ordered a spray bottle from this company on June 22nd 2023. Did not receive any confirmation email after ordering. I have bank statement information saying the money was taken out ($16.95). Ive emailed them repeatedly about this and received no answer. Ive bought from this company a couple years ago and thought it would be okay since I received my brush at that time. *** tried reaching out to them on their social media as well but no response. They continually send emails about their products which is very misleading if they are only taking the money and not sending any product.

    I ordered a bonnet and scrunchies April 10, 2022, Order *****. I inquired via email for an address change May 5, 2022. The Order costs *****. I never received any response about the order again and realized the website was actually shut down. I emailed again September 21, 2022 requesting a refund since neither address received the order. It never shipped to begin with. I still want my refund. I used to buy from this company in the past but I no longer will due to the lack of communication. They took my money, shut down and have been ignoring me. It's not right and unprofessional. Thank you for your help.

    I placed an order 11/2/22 with Curltastic Order # **** using my **************** for $102.68. Received an email from Curltastic order was processed and shipped 11/9/22 via *** Express. Received partial order 11/21/22. I ordered 2 Quick dry towel blue and only received 1. I ordered a Detangler + ***************** Pack all colors and received 1 green ***** and 1 green detangler. I am missing a Ruby ***** and 2 detanglers (Black and Pink). I tried sending an email to ********************************** from their website as directed to reach their customer support team who is suppose to response within 24 - 48 hours and it did not go thru. Sent them an email from my yahoo.com account advising of my order issue on 11/22/22. No response. Sent a second email 11/27/22 again advising of my order issue and received no response. I then contact **************** advising of this vendor and my issue. At this point I just want the vendor to send me the rest of my order 1 blue microfiber quick dry towel and 1 ruby ***** and 2 detangler brushes (1 pink and 1 black). I tried sending one last email via their website and received a message I am restricted from sending any emails. I am very frustrated with this vendor and their lack of response and professionalism with handling customer complaints. There is not even a working phone number to call them. BBB please help!
