    Do not use them! Have had 3 calls with them, each taking advantage of my 95 year old mother. First call was the summer of 2022. Put in a new air conditioner for a total of *******! My mother trusted them and went ahead to have it put it before we could call around and find one much cheaper than that. Second call was this past summer in July 2024. They came to do a summer check up on the unit. Two days later the air conditioner was not turning on. I was there that day and went outside to ask the 2 installers what was wrong. I was told don't worry about it. I asked again to explain what was the issue and the man proceeded to tell me its fixed. Luckily the other installer said the freon wasn't filled. I did call the office and complained about how rude they were. The third time was last week when they came out to do a $39 special cleaning on the furnace. They wanted $400 to fix to replace the flame sensor. We declined as my mother called me before letting them do it. Explained to my mom not to call them anymore. Two days later my mom called another furnace company as she said the furnace didn't seem to work properly. He found there was nothing wrong with the unit Freedom did not change the filter and did not even clean the furnace. The flame sensor only needed to be cleaned, which it wasn't by Freedom. It did not need to be replaced for $400. How could you take such advantage of an older person????? Please do not let your elderly parents call them for any reason.
