    *************************** from C&S Public Adjusters and Construction Management LLC and I signed contract with him to negotiate with insurance for repairs to roof and inside water damage. Insurance paid out $5865.02 and sent check to ***************** in January. He has done no work on damages or returned check insurance company mailed him. The check was cashed by him and he fraudulently signed my name. To date ***************** has not responded to my calls. I called insurance company and the check was cashed. Check was made out to both of us. I never signed check. I want ***************** to return check to insurance company as he failed to do any of the repairs. He is a fraud stealing and taking advantage of seniors. He falsely represented himself. I am 84 years old and he does not return my calls . Please help me.

    ****************** represented me in an insurance claim for my house for repair of my roof upon receiving the insurance payment ****************** suggested that he take all monies upfront before he starts any work which I believe was a scam because he couldnt give me a start date or let me put half money down to until he starts, I consider this to be a scam and predator acts I asked to be a release from the contract he considered be paying him 35% of the insurance claim because he wanted all of the money from the claim
