    On February 7th, 2025, I placed an online order with usaskateshop. My order was for 1 Story snow scooter at $124.95, then 1 *** black/red snow scooter, then 1 *** black/orange snow scooter, and 1 *** black/green snow scooter. All three *** snow scooters were $79.95. Also, each of the *** snow scooters were a different height size, with the black/red one being the shortest and I had ordered that one for my younger son. I received my order on February 13th, 2025. I received 1 Story snow scooter, 1 *** black/green, then 2 *** black/orange. I immediately emailed the company about two things. One being that I had not received the black/red now scooter and I needed that shorter height, and also the prices had dropped since I had ordered everything less than a week prior so I requested a price match. The Story one is $89.95 and the *** scooters are $64.95. I received an email from "******" on 2/14 saying he would ask billing about the price match, but said nothing about the wrong item. I then opened the correct snow scooters only to see that the black/green *** one had damage and a faulty brake (dangerous). I then emailed back about that. I sent multiple emails on 2/14, 2/16, 2/17, and 2/19 in which there has been zero response. I sent photos of everything to them and one video of the damaged and faulty snow scooter. They have a chat service on their website, but it is never working. They do not list their actual address anywhere. I have read countless reviews online where people have even paid return shipping with tracking and the company never refunds them back or gives them the product they need exchanged. At this point, I want my price match on all 4 scooters and then a partial refund for the damaged scooter. I do not trust shipping them back anything. This company is known for cheating people. I have added the photos from the email to this complaint and then two screenshots from the video since I am unable to upload the video here.
