    Had service done for termites. They took 500 cash and did not give me a receipt. The guy that showed up seemed like he didn't have a clue to what he was doing. He kept me questions like "what am I doing?"This is very unprofessional paying someone 500 cash. I called the office 3 times after 3 to 4 hours the service being done and the lady at the office states we are sending it in two minutes and never did. I would not recommend someone that doesn't want to give you proof of services. This is not my home this an investment property that the buyer requested these services. Do your research on people before choosing them.

    Stay away from Bi-State , they did a lousy job of termite treatment on our house. Shortly after, They sold a bunch of contracts to **** **** including ours. When **** **** came for the next inspection, they informed us that Bi State cut corners and did a lousy job. **** **** performed the entire termite treatment again on our home...at no charge. So I strongly recommend using **** ****.
