    They were great until after our pool was in. Couldnt complain. However thats all I can say! Pool was peeling in spots and they came back to fix it . The next year the same thing and they wont stand by their product . Still have 5 years left on their warranty for the pool liner . Would never recommend them!

    We have used this company since 2019 and service had been decent but average, 3-star, until this year. They also built our pool. This year we had them open our pool as we usually do on April 1st. First, the salt level is at 9900 which is 3x the amount it should be. Thus, they put in way too much salt and then charged me for it. The salt cell has since went out which is no coincidence and the pool is turning green. Also, when they opened the pool, they turned on the heater and set a schedule which they have NEVER done before. Moreover, no one ever asked if they should do that. We r on propane!!!! So, you run your heater differently than you would if you had endless power via electric. We have called multiple times leaving messages and no one will call us back. We were able to actually get ahold of a person, the book keeper, and left a message for *****, the owner, to get back to us but to no avail. Also, they put in our electric cover. I have called to get that looked at multiple times the past two years and I am told the owner has to deal with that. He is *** and never returned my phone calls. This company is unreliable and has considerable turnover which leads to inconsistent service. I do not recommend this company at all.

    Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! They put in our pool cover incorrectly which has given us nothing but trouble since. They assured us they would take care of it, but never did. After 3 years of excuses and delays, we pressed them on the issue and they stopped returning our messages. Sadly, a similar thing happened to a friend that we had referred to them as well. Wish I had read the reviews showing the same issue experienced by others before trusting this company.
