      I previously had a fence installed with Revamp with a salesman named ****. We weren't appropriately informed of the correct city ordinances of how far the fence could be from the property line. He told us a couple feet, while it's actually 6" (neighbors had closer fences). We made decisions based on this. When measuring the property, we also weren't informed when he measured that both sides of our property are not straight with the house, however, the fence measurements were straight with the house, so we lost a lot of property outside the fence, which we didn't realize until after the fence was installed. We decided to get it updated. They had the same salesman come out to do the quote. It was obvious he didn't want to be there. He was there for 15 -20 min and took a week to get us a quote. He emailed it to us and told us to sign the contract with no conversation. We asked to discuss it. He made a big deal that the only time he had was his day off on Saturday. He also would only speak to or text my husband. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman or what. He refused to communicate with me. I texted him a couple times and he told us he never got my messages. We had some discrepancies we were concerned about with the quote. He then asked my husband if we still needed him. He showed up and he was passive aggressive and his demeanor made it clear he didn't want to deal with us. I asked if he was getting my texts and he told me no. I texted him right there and nothing. I think he blocked my number. After the conversation there was really an issue with the quote. He took it down from the site and never put it up. We had to have another salesman come out. Now the company is refusing to speak to us after asking multiple times for accountability. This is $30k we are having to spend on a fence because of misinformation given to us. They wont' even call us to schedule the appt, they did it themselves. We think the cost should be lowered to account for the companies mistakes

It looks like *** was just out there on 6/18. Despite our policy, it also looks like we have given you a massive discount of $4,900 on the final balance, and you have agreed to a new placement of the fence.
