      I'd be arrested if i gave what i think of **************** Disposal . Never pick up yard waste bin sits in street for weeks on end. very lazy business qualities. Should be shut down . I've seen blind and stupid , ***** tops the crate. And they get paid ??? wish i could get paid for being ignorant . Can BBB help will see. ***** has been idiotic worthless as worms for years

      They sometimes refuse to pick up trash cans they have to lift up to dump. And then they leave half the trash for me to have to deal with for a whole extra week. They just throw the cans on the ground in the road and drive on to do that to the next house. The drivers are mostly lazy, but to them it's their best. The dispatch is lazy and incompetent when it comes to complaints, but to them, does their best. Maybe it's time to actually hire people that want to do a good job and care about the quality and effort they are putting into ****** disposal. Very unprofessional business that should lose their village contracts!

      Gills Freeport Disposal is the most WORTHLESS ********************* I have ever had.One time I put a 2 foot 2x4 in my garabage can and they REFUSED to take the whole can because they consider the 2x4 to be constuction material and they TOTALLY REFUSE to take Any Construction Material.Come on one small 2x4?Also after emptying my Trash they throw the cans every where, ie. in the ditch, leave them in the street, etc.An ABOLUTELELY TOTALLY WORTHLESS COMPANY!!!!!I'm limited to who I can hire, because of the restrictions for my Subdivision, but I need to shop around for a ************

      In the recent months this company continues to charge people for a service they do not supply. I have yet to see them this month to get our garbage. Neither have our neighbors. They add their fee for service to the water bill thru the city. So, they collect their fees and just never do their job. When you call to get it fixed you are put on hold for very lengthy times and never have the problem resolved. People working there are rude as well. Bring up they haven't picked up from is in 4 weeks and it ends with a nasty attitude guy saying just take it to the dump yourself and then hangs up.
