We got our original lvp flooring installed in July 23 when we purchased our home. Within days we started noticing problems like weak spots and the flooring coming apart. They came back but the problems continued. By end of winter the flooring was coming apart more. They sent out their ********* who put the blame on the product and then told us he would reach out to our sales *** who then reached out to the owner *********************. Throughout a few different times of *********s(mind you the second set of *********s told us they have had to go back and fix multiple different houses done by our first ********** and the owner coming out we all agreed that the best approach would be to ***lace the whole floor and they did the first week of July 24. They put our living room and hallway flooring in the first day and then told us that they would need to ***lace a portion of the sub floor because it was old and rotted. My S.O works from home so she had to take two days off of work for this to be done and was gone those days. When they cut out the portion of the sub floor in the kitchen they left saw dust all over her computer which is directly below the kitchen. They then forgot to put the kick pad on below the kitchen cabinets and knocked a piece of trim off while removing the vanity.(which they did come back and fix) After all was said and done the second time we walked through the kitchen where that portion of the sub floor was ***laced and you can clearly feel the un-levelness of it. I again reached out to **** and he just acted like none of these things were a big deal. He then proceeded to explain to me that he has had a lot of trouble with this lvp flooring in the past And that yes the first ********* could have done a better job and he could agree the whole subfloor in the kitchen should have been ***laced the first time. Not only did they put their floor down on top of bad sub flooring once they did twice! **** will no longer return our calls about the uneven sub floor.
