    I hired this company to replace my vinyl siding as well as install 2 replacement windows in the front of my home. The siding installation was done in a timely fashion. The windows were not installed until 5 months later.One of the windows was installed with a large crack in one of the panels, this was right around Thanksgiving.*****, the owner, said hed be back to replace this panel.I waited until well after the holidays (early February) to reach out to ***** via text. I was told he had to contact the window vendor (so clearly this wasnt done back in November). I have texted multiple times for updates, I have also called the business phone with no response(s).I came to the BBB because I dont know what more to do to get this broken window panel replaced aside from paying a local company more money to fix it. My biggest mistake was allowing the financing company to pay ***** before the job was done. Had I waited, they still wouldnt have their money since the job is not completed.

    The roof is still leaking after contacting him multiple times. His workers were drinking on the job.

    The customer was informed before the project was started that due to the fire at the property that siding would need to be done on a section so flashing could be completed correctly. The customer also asked to make payments on the roof for the remaining balance and never made one. She set up a payment schedule and missed payments even before she said she had any issues with the roof. We informed the customer that she would need to start making payments for us to come out and do anything with her roof. After trying to resolve the issue several times with the customer she informed us she is refusing to pay and wants a complete refund in the roof. We were never informed that there was any drinking at the job site and had a project manager over seeing the project. It was only after non payment was there ever any talking about drinking on the job site.
