      I was the victim of fraud, and the perpetrator made a sizable purchase from this online store that I had never heard of prior. I spoke with a chat representative named Isaiah and the interaction was appalling. Not only was I expected to PAY to return the purchase I didn't authorize, but I was basically accused of lying. What reason would there be to lie if I want to cancel the order in the first place and not have it sent at all? There was a general attitude of "sucks to be you" in how he handled the situation. I have extensive experience in customer service, and this is not how you do it... even when the customer is being unreasonable, which was not the case.

We have a special team that handles payment issues and are trained to help in situations like this. It appears that you did contact us by phone and we were able to assist with the package.

      Jenn, a "goth" assistant manager at the Downtown San Diego location, treated me very badly. I have been a very longtime customer since well before the store was overtaken by Blick Art. It was ** ********, then the Art Store before it was Blick Art. She told me my Educator status had to be renewed and she couldn't give me my discount unless I showed her proof of being employed as an Educator. I formerly taught Art at several public schools and private academies. I still teach art at conventions across the country and have spent well over $5000 as a walk-in patron of Blicks. I told her I didn't have a business card on me as I was never notified that I had to renew eligibility. She scoffed and belittled me as if I was a liar. Yet, just prior to my sale, she happily small talked some goth customers and gave them a student discount even though they clearly said they weren't in school. It was clear prejudice. Her associate sitting next to her on a chair didn't even step in to say anything. All other employees were extremely helpful and kind to me. Jen was the worst employee I had ever dealt with at Blicks.

      Love their products but their coupons are a scam. Going to look for another retailer. Tired of dealing with coupon scammers.

      Our coupon promotions offer our customers the opportunity to earn specific dollar amounts off on a future order. Orders that qualify will have the coupons sent approximately 15 days after the end of the promotion. The coupons are used as payment on the order, decreasing any amount left to pay. Since the coupons are good for one year, it’s a chance to save them throughout the year to apply toward that special item you may have been wanting.

      Blick’s customer service for online orders is very appalling and disappointing. I placed an order worth $300 and the package arrived damaged, with the ordered liquids spilling. Other products inside were ruined due to the leakage of liquids. When I sent pictures of damaged items to the customer service team, after one week of constant emails, they issued a partial refund for only 65% of the value of the damaged items. I am still waiting for the rest of the refund. They are being difficult instead of being accountable for their damaged products and distressing and frustrating services. In a nutshell, I ended up spending your time, energy, and money and stressing out myself mentally. Its not my primary job to constantly write them emails for a refund that I deserve. I DO NOT WISH TO CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!

      I am very frustrated with this seller. I purchased old holland classic intro set around 207.00 but instead received "Portrait set #2. This fault was squarely with Blick. I ordered this through ****** but Blick is the third party seller and shipper. They were responsible for the whole deal. The item number listed on ****** is clearly the item number for the classic intro set not the portrait set. I received the portrait set with a product number that clearly does not match the item number posted to ******. I did not get the product I ordered. I called them (Blick) in hopes that they would fix the issue. They did not. They were rude, short and essentially unhelpful. They sent me back to ******. Why? They even told me they could not find the listed item in question on ******. But you can go there now and search old holland set and there it is in all its glory. Did they even really look it up? They are the ones who made the mistake. Fix the problem Blick! All I wanted them to do is ship me the product I ordered and I would have gladly sent them back the incorrect item. Simple. Instead I have to pay the shipping to get it back to Blick. They aren't even willing to pay the darn shipping. ****** will pick up their shipping cost by reimbursing the shipping cost back to me. So I have to pay and get the ball rolling, even though Blick is responsible. I will not do that. I will probably keep these paints and never ever buy a single thing from this company again. Nice job Blick. If they want to make this right. I will keep these colors and they can either send me the smaller intro pack which is listed at around 70 dollars for free or at least for 50% off. I would be happy with that and if they are so inclined to entertain that offer I may consider buying from them again. But, if not no problem at all. I will keep the paints and take my business elsewhere.

      Our apologies for the poor explanation regarding the order placed on ******.
      We have checked our current stock and all we have is the Old Holland Classic Introductory Set. We do not carry the Portrait Set.
      All complaints regarding a purchase from us through ****** must go through the ****** process. When the replacement order is initiated through the portal, ****** will provide the return shipping label. A no charge replacement order will be issued by ******. Since we have confirmed our current stock is the introductory set, we will be happy to send the replacement.

      It looks like I might have jumped the gun on this. I believe the company is planning to reimburse me once they receive the returned item. I sent it via *** ** and the company did in fact end up paying to have this shipped back to them. *** ** shows they received the item back today so I will give them a few days to get back with ****** so I can receive my money back from ******. Again, it looks like the company is planning to do the right thing.
