    In February 2025, I purchased a Springfield Armory, XDS-9, Mod2, 9mm handgun. When I brought it home, I noticed that the recoil spring guide was too long and protruding from the end of the muzzle of the handgun! This is a "high end" handgun and it should not be visible. In March 2025, I sent them two emails to their customer support. No one responded to the two emails. I even wrote a letter to the CEO and there was absolutely no response. I'm a retired Army veteran and really don't feel like being treated like a nothing. I wanted them to replace the recoil spring guide and they refused to do so. Have a one year total warranty on the handgun and they are ignoring this.

    I purchased an M1a rifle with an adjustable stock. I had an issue with the trigger refusing to relocked. I called and Lexi sent me a ***** and I sent it back. The rifle was fixed and quickly returned to me. Excellent customer service. I have placed orders for items with the company and the orders were excellent. I look forward to buying more of their products. TheM1a is a SoCom and a great rifle.

    I purchased a hand gun in December 2023 because of the great deal and the extra 3 magazines and range bag. It took weeks for the gun to be shipped to the store. After the background check the final date picked up was Feb 4th 2024. The retail store Turner's told me to follow up with Springfield Armory for the 3 extra magazines and range bag. No help from customer service and will not honor the advertisement. If I knew I was not getting what the advertisement said, I would have not purchased this hand gun. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!

    I bought a Springfield Garrison that was shooting unacceptably high and right. Also the factory magazine would not go into the pistol correctly. Function was fine and the groups were very good. Other mags work okay.
    I sent it in for repairs, six weeks later I get it back. Not only did they not fix the magazine problem, now it shoots low left. The target they sent back with the Garrison was not showing low, but definitely left. So I guess close enough is good enough for Springfield.
    I called them back and they claim they didn't know about the magazine. That's a lie because I wrote it on the picture of the target I sent them and have a copy. I asked to speak with a manager, left a message, but got no response. My only option is to fix it myself. Which I will.
