    We were in My Moon Creations and everything was going good, 1but the staff was a little off, as my husband would put it they were crabby. While looking around the shop in a main shopping area I found a box with some items in it along with some old window pains. I was looking at a item in the box and my Husband was looking at the windows as he does crafts with them. As we were looking a lady came up to us in quite a huff and said to us "that stuff is not priced yet it just came in." I then said "oh I am sorry this this caught my eye." And I put the item back and the lady went back to another part of the store. My husband asked me to see how much she wanted for the windows so I asked her. "I am sorry to bug you and I know you don't have a price on them yet but how much do you want for the windows?" She then proceeded to snap back at me with "they are not for sale they are mine!" I was shocked a little as they were with the boxes of other stuff that she just said she just got in today and had not marked them. I did apologize for asking and we went on shopping, we went to the basement where I happen to find 8 beautiful Norman Rockwell tea cups I just had to have, and they were marked down as well, well all but one but being they were a set I just assumed they just missed the one. And on top of that all the cups were BOGO ¹/² off so even better! I also picked up a bag of Crystals off a small table that was labeled "have you been naughty or nice" I thought it was just a "grab bag" of different Crystals as you could not see in the bag. We went up to check out and I explained that all the cups I wanted in the set had tags and were also marked down. And my Husband also chimed in that they were buy one get one half off, the lady said yep they were! And she checked us out and we were ... There is much much more to this, I need to be able to send the full story.

    I was made aware of this customer's complaint by her sending a very aggressive email.  I responded to her and acknowledged that I did make a mistake and may have over charged by $3.  However, she had 8 mugs. 4 of which were priced $1 each and 4 that priced $4 each.  I offered to give her all 8 for $1 each. My system inadvertently put them in twice.  Instead of her coming back in or discussing with me like an adult, she decided to berate me and accuse me of doing it on purpose.  As far as the "crystal" naughty or nice bag.  It CLEARLY states naughty on the back of the tag and the bags are just draw string so customers can open them and look in.  We were extremely busy that day but we always try to be cordial to ALL of our customers.  Like I said, I tried rectifying this situation with her but she refuses to accept this and my apology.  Sincerely,
